It's interesting how when we surrender to what is not in our control, we gain more control over what is.
Oh my Shell. Have you noticed all the times I wash my hands? Have you seen my packets of wipes? I am with you. Now you have me wondering if I have examined my reasons for my compulsivity. Sometimes, it is scary to ponder.
It can be scary to ponder, yes, but once you’re in the mode of re-examining the past, you experience those epiphanies that you know a lot about. And the fear starts to dissipate.
